An Oak River crew maintaining a North Bay landscape
Maintenance Plans

The same crew. Every visit. All year.

Ongoing landscape care across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa County. The crew that knows your property is the crew that shows up — not whoever's available that week.

Why it matters

A different crew every visit knows nothing about your yard.

Most landscape maintenance companies run on volume. They assign whoever's available, cycle through crews, and treat every property the same. Nobody notices when a plant is struggling. Nobody knows that the back hedge gets cut differently than the front. Nobody remembers what was done last season.

"Your property has a history. The crew that maintains it should know it."

Every Oak River maintenance client gets a dedicated crew. Same faces, every visit. They know the irrigation quirks, the plants that need watching, and the areas that take extra time. That continuity is what separates a property that improves year over year from one that just gets mowed.

Pruning and shaping during a maintenance visit

One crew, one point of contact

You talk to the same person every time. No call center, no dispatcher. Straight to the crew lead who knows your property.

Customized to your property

No two properties are the same. Your plan is built around what's actually on your land — not a standard service checklist.

Problems caught early

A crew that knows your yard notices when something's off — a failing plant, an irrigation leak, early pest pressure — before it becomes expensive.

By season

Care that follows the seasons.

Every season asks something different of your property. Here's what we handle, and when.

Common questions

What people ask us most.

About cost, frequency, crew consistency, and what a maintenance plan actually covers.

It depends on your property size, what's growing on it, and how often you need us. We scope every plan during a free walkthrough — no guessing, no blanket pricing. Most clients know their monthly cost before we leave the driveway.
Most residential properties do well on bi-weekly visits during the growing season and monthly in winter. Frequency depends on the season, what's planted, and how much growth you're managing. We build the right schedule for your property — not a default calendar.
At minimum: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and seasonal cleanup. Our Full Service plan adds irrigation management, fertilization, and pest monitoring. Estate plans include priority response, storm cleanup, and an annual review. All plans come with a dedicated crew and a seasonal care calendar — no guessing what's getting done.
Yes. Every client has a dedicated crew assigned to their property. Same team, every visit. They know the history, they notice what changed, and they don't need to be briefed from scratch every time they show up. That consistency is the whole point.
We primarily serve recurring maintenance clients. One-time cleanups are considered on a case-by-case basis — often as a starting point for clients who want to see how we work before committing to a plan. Give us a call and we'll talk through your situation.
Yes. Plans adjust as the property changes — seasonal planting, irrigation repairs, lighting maintenance, additional hardscape care. Most long-term clients end up with a scope that's grown with the property. It's one of the benefits of staying with the same crew.
