Our work
Every project here was designed and built for a specific property — a specific soil, sun exposure, and set of goals. No two look the same because no two properties are.
A full landscape redesign on a 1.2-acre hillside property. The existing lawn was removed and replaced with drought-tolerant planting, a new stone terrace, and a wood pergola that anchors the outdoor dining area. Irrigation was fully redesigned to match the new plant palette.
Scope
A steep backyard transformed with a two-level patio system connected by built-in steps. Dry-stacked fieldstone retaining walls hold the upper terrace. Decomposed granite pathways link the dining area to a lower lawn section. All base work was built for long-term stability on a sloped site.
Scope
A high-risk WUI property replanted after partial fire damage. Zones 0, 1, and 2 were redesigned with fire-resistant natives and low-fuel Mediterranean plants. The result is a defensible landscape that passes CAL FIRE inspection and still looks like a garden — not a clearcut.
Scope
Front yard re-planted with California natives and low-water Mediterranean species. Lawn removed, amended soil installed, and drip irrigation zoned to plant water needs.
Scope
Full exterior lighting installation across a 3/4-acre property. Path lighting, uplighting on specimen oaks, step lighting on the rear terrace, and low-voltage system with smart timer control.
Scope
Ongoing full-service maintenance of 14 common areas across a 200-unit HOA. Bi-weekly visits, seasonal color rotations, and monthly board-ready service documentation.
Scope
New bluestone patio with a built-in circular fire pit and seating wall. Existing concrete was removed, compacted base installed, and drainage addressed before any stone was laid.
Scope
Complete landscape build on a new construction property — blank slate from grading through final planting. Included a vegetable garden, orchard, lawn area, and perimeter planting with wood fencing.
Scope
Year-round maintenance for a 2-acre residential estate. Weekly visits during growing season, bi-weekly in winter. Same crew for four consecutive years. Property has won the neighborhood beautification award twice.
Scope
Defensible space redesign on a hilltop property in a very high fire hazard severity zone. Zone 1 planted with Salvia, Penstemon, and Ceanothus. Zone 2 cleared and maintained with fire-resistant groundcover.
Scope
Exterior lighting for a vineyard property — driveway markers, pergola bistro lights, and accent lighting on the olive grove. Low-voltage LED system with dawn-to-dusk automation.
Scope
Backyard converted from ornamental lawn to a productive edible garden. Raised beds, espaliered fruit trees along the fence line, herb spiral near the kitchen door, and compost system integrated into the design.
