We spend more time on the site visit than most companies spend on the whole design. We walk the property, dig into the soil, map where water collects, note what's thriving and what's struggling. We ask questions. Only then do we design.

What we can tell you: you get a written, fixed-price proposal before any work starts, and we don't add line items after the fact.
Smaller residential projects can wrap in a few weeks. Larger or more complex builds — those with significant grading, permits, or phased installation — can take several months. We give you a project timeline as part of the written proposal, so you know what to expect before you commit.
